Description
Come join the Brickhouse Family and challenge yourself in an intense Boxing workout taught by Pro Coaches. All experience levels are welcomed. Bring a pair of gloves and hand wraps in order to participate. If you do not know how to wrap your hands, don’t sweat it! The class will feature a series of stations, covering down on the heavy bag, speed bag, double-end bag, agility ladder, tire drills, focus mitt work with a coach, offensive and defensive drills, slip rope drills, and abdominal exercises.
